This week we focused on assessment and care for the patient during the end of their life’s journey. Discuss and share with your peers’ ways that your assessment in caring for patients during this stage has been or would be important to their care. Share an example with the class. If you have not cared yet for a patient in this stage, think of how important assessment would be in the care of these patients and give a theoretical example.
