NR528 Leading and Managing Evidence-based Change in Nursing

Purpose

To lead a change in practice, through your MSN Project, you will need to translate research into practice to influence the outcome. Every practice problem is informed by and requires the support of published research. The review and critical appraisal of individual research study articles includes reviewing the research team’s plan and process for protecting the individuals who served as subject in each study you review. In order to understand the complexities of having human participants in evidence-based practice and/or research projects, the student is required to complete the Human Subjects Research Course provided by CITI – Biomedical Research Investigator’s course.
